Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations, company culture, and strategic goals.
- Develop strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and long-standing clients.
- Oversee daily business functions, including project management, sales, financials, and customer service.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvement, and expansion.
- Eventually, assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction management, or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership and business management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and driving business success.
