About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Tax Data Entry & Operations Support team member to join our growing wealth management firm. This is a behind-the-scenes role critical to the accuracy and efficiency of our operations, particularly during tax season.
Key Responsibilities:
During Tax Season:
Enter high volumes of tax information accurately into the Drake Tax Software
Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity
Meet internal deadlines and assist with any administrative tax support as needed
Outside of Tax Season:
Assist the operations team in preparing client review materials
Complete and process client paperwork and forms
Provide general administrative and back-office support as needed
What They're Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role
Tech-savvy, with experience in Drake software a plus
Willingness to pitch in wherever needed – a true jack of all trades
Team-oriented mindset – no task is too small, and collaboration is key
Prior experience in tax, financial services, or administrative support preferred
