Job Title: Operations & Data Entry Specialist

About Our Client:

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Data Entry Specialist to join the team. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role that ensures client accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and process new account paperwork

  • Update and maintain beneficiary information

  • Set up ACH transactions and electronic transfers

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

  • Follow up on missing information and outstanding items

  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed

What They're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Reliable follow-through on tasks and deadlines

  • Prior experience in a relevant field (such as accounting, payroll processing, or other administrative roles)

  • Comfortable working in a behind-the-scenes role with minimal client interaction

  • No college degree required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is expected
