They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Data Entry Specialist to join the team. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role that ensures client accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and process new account paperwork
Update and maintain beneficiary information
Set up ACH transactions and electronic transfers
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Follow up on missing information and outstanding items
Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent data entry skills
Reliable follow-through on tasks and deadlines
Prior experience in a relevant field (such as accounting, payroll processing, or other administrative roles)
Comfortable working in a behind-the-scenes role with minimal client interaction
No college degree required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is expected
