They are seeking a versatile Project Manager to join their team on a contract-to-permanent basis and help lead and shape client engagements.


Position Summary

This part-time role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. The Project Manager will lead client-facing projects, drive communication and progress across internal and external stakeholders, and support the development of scalable project infrastructure. There is opportunity to contribute to business development and potentially grow into a permanent leadership role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate projects with clearly defined purpose, scope, deliverables, and objectives

  • Develop integrated project plans, including timelines, risks, budgets, and quality benchmarks

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members

  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics using dashboards and reports

  • Lead and influence teams through change management and stakeholder engagement

  • Provide quality assurance for all deliverables

  • Assist with business development and proposal writing

  • Support project close-out and documentation, including knowledge capture for future reference

  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) to support client or internal needs


Minimum Requirements

  • PMP certification

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field

  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)

  • Comfortable using digital tools and dashboards for project tracking

  • Able and willing to travel as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in emergency management consulting

  • Agile Project Management or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

  • Experience with Visio and digital process mapping tools
