About the Role

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in partnership with senior advisors, ensuring clients receive seamless, responsive service. You will be a primary point of contact for client communications, administrative coordination, and delivery of key support functions that contribute to an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a range of client service and operational support activities, including but not limited to:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through timely, thoughtful communication.

  • Follow up after client meetings to ensure documentation is complete and accounts are properly established.

  • Manage scheduling of client appointments and advisor calendars.

  • Prepare and organize materials for client meetings.

  • Take detailed notes of conversations, interactions, and action items.

  • Maintain and update the CRM to reflect current client activities and follow-ups.

  • Draft client correspondence that is professional, clear, and client-focused.

  • Scan, index, and archive documentation in an organized system.

  • Adhere to industry regulations and stay current with compliance requirements.

  • Provide general administrative support — including phone coverage and client greetings.

  • Contribute to additional practice needs and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
