Industry: Custom Cabinetry / Construction / Millwork A growing high-end cabinetry and millwork company is expanding its presence in Florida and is looking for a Project Superintendent to serve as the company’s primary field leader in the region.
This is a critical role for the organization — the boots-on-the-ground representative responsible for ensuring projects are installed correctly, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
The Project Superintendent will work closely with the Cabinet Project Manager, communicate directly with builders and contractors, manage installation subcontractors, and ensure the quality of every installation meets the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary field representative for cabinetry and millwork installations in Florida
Coordinate directly with builders, site supervisors, and contractors
Perform site measurements and job verification prior to installation
Oversee and manage installation subcontractors
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure projects stay on schedule
Complete hands-on installation work when needed, particularly for complex or detailed projects
Communicate regularly with the Cabinet Project Manager regarding project progress and field conditions
Maintain strong relationships with builders and trade partners
Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who brings a high level of craftsmanship, accountability, and attention to detail to every project.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds in:
Cabinet installation
Finish carpentry
Millwork installation
Construction project supervision
Candidates relocating from the Midwest or Northeast who bring strong craftsmanship standards are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Experience installing prefinished stained and painted trim, cabinetry, or millwork
Strong understanding of finish carpentry and cabinet installation
Experience coordinating with builders and managing subcontractors
Ability to read plans and perform precise site measurements
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to perform hands-on installation work when needed
High standards for craftsmanship and quality
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally in the field

Compensation Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
Range based on research - $85,000 - $110,000 (it looks like it is slightly lower than Ohio mostly because they don’t pay state income tax).
