A growing, client-focused wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor to join the team. This is an opportunity for an advisor who enjoys building relationships, delivering thoughtful planning advice, and serving existing clients in a collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on advising and client experience rather than business development or bringing in a book of business. The firm has an established client base and is looking for someone who can step in, build trust with clients, and help deepen relationships over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a relationship manager and primary point of contact for select client relationships
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings alongside senior advisors
  • Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans
  • Provide planning recommendations related to retirement, investments, tax strategies, insurance, and estate considerations
  • Execute follow-up items and ongoing service requests in coordination with the operations/client service team
  • Review client portfolios and assist with investment-related conversations and recommendations
  • Help ensure an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and planning systems
  • Collaborate with the broader team on planning strategies, workflows, and client initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
  • Experience building and presenting financial plans for high-net-worth clients
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner
  • Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems
  • FINRA licenses preferred (Series 7/66 or equivalent)
  • CFP® designation or progress toward CFP® strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, professional, and team-oriented mindset

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • Established client relationships — no book of business required
  • Collaborative and team-oriented culture
  • Opportunity to become a trusted advisor and make a meaningful impact with clients
  • Stable and growing firm with long-term career potential
  • Client service and planning focused rather than sales driven

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity
  • Benefits package available
  • Long-term growth opportunity within the organization

If you enjoy working directly with clients, building financial plans, and being part of a close-knit advisory team, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
