A growing independent wealth management practice is seeking a highly organized, service-minded professional to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do

This role blends client service, office coordination, administration, and marketing support responsibilities.

Client Service & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and business partners
  • Coordinate and manage client calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
  • Prepare materials and assist with meeting preparation
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to support client relationship management and workflow organization
  • Support the advisor in delivering a proactive and personalized client experience

Marketing & Practice Development

  • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and Facebook content
  • Coordinate client appreciation activities and networking events
  • Support marketing campaigns, holiday outreach, and client communications
  • Help execute quarterly goals focused on practice growth and client engagement

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Prior administrative, office support, client service, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience speaking with clients and handling phone communication professionally
  • Ability to pass a FINRA/SEC background check
  • Insurance or securities licensing is a plus, but not required
