Investment Analyst / Associate Advisor

A growing boutique wealth management and advisory firm is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to support investment research, portfolio analysis, and financial planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct portfolio analysis and assist with investment research initiatives
- Support financial planning and modeling efforts
- Analyze client financial data and prepare planning recommendations
- Assist with asset allocation reviews, investment due diligence, and portfolio monitoring
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, and supporting documentation for client meetings
- Support trading, rebalancing, and operational workflows under advisor direction
- Research market trends, economic data, and investment performance
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with advisors and leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in a financial services, investment, banking, or analytical environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and EMoney.
- Experience with financial planning or portfolio analysis software is a plus
- Securities licensing is a plus or willingness to obtain licensing within the first six months
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting
