Investment Analyst / Associate Advisor

A growing boutique wealth management and advisory firm is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to support investment research, portfolio analysis, and financial planning initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical analysis, problem-solving, and contributing behind the scenes to sophisticated client strategies in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct portfolio analysis and assist with investment research initiatives
  • Support financial planning and modeling efforts
  • Analyze client financial data and prepare planning recommendations
  • Assist with asset allocation reviews, investment due diligence, and portfolio monitoring
  • Prepare reports, presentation materials, and supporting documentation for client meetings
  • Support trading, rebalancing, and operational workflows under advisor direction
  • Research market trends, economic data, and investment performance
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with advisors and leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a financial services, investment, banking, or analytical environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and EMoney.
  • Experience with financial planning or portfolio analysis software is a plus
  • Securities licensing is a plus or willingness to obtain licensing within the first six months
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting
